	From your first day at Ausco we provide training and development opportunities, including access to our e-learning system with over 400 courses, access to traineeships/seminars/conferences to develop skills, as well as providing financial support to study at University or TAFE.

	We offer 6 weeks paid maternity leave and 1 weeks paid paternity leave to all staff. There are a range of flexible work arrangements that are available for staff. These include casual, part-time employment, job sharing, flexible start and finish times, the accumulation of rostered days off (RDO’s), time in lieu and working from home.

5	Financial Reward for Teamwork
	To recognise the importance of teamwork we offer a Team Bonus scheme where employees can earn up to 10% of base salary if their branch and Ausco meet financial performance targets

Safe and ethical place to work

Ausco has Australian Standard AS 4801 Safety Accreditation in most our branches and we take Safety seriously. Ausco has won various awards for our Safety systems and Safety records in both our manufacturing and on site activities. We also expect all staff to adhere to our Code of Ethics, which explains the behavioural and ethical standards that we adhere to. Honesty, trust and transparency are the cornerstone of these standards.
